  • 4 (600G) Coles Rspca Approved Chicken Drumsticks
  • 4 (500G) Coles Rspca Approved Chicken Wings
  • 25G Butter, Melted
  • 2 Tablespoons Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Corn Cobs, Halved
  • 500G Baby Potatoes, Cut Into 1Cm Slices Spray Oil
  • Coriander Sprigs, To Serve
  • 120G Baby Spinach
  • 4 Radishes, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Lebanese Cucumber, Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Coles Simply Less French Dressing

Coocking Method

First Of All Combine Seasoning And Oil In A Small Bowl. Season. Place Chicken In A Large Glass Dish Or Large Sealable Plastic Bag. Pour Marinade Over And Toss To Combine. Refrigerate For 1 Hour.
After This Heat A Large, Lightly Oiled, Non-Stick Frying Pan, Or Flat Barbecue Plate, On Medium-High. Cook Chicken, Turning Frequently, For 20-25 Minutes Or Until Browned And Cooked Through.
