  • 7 Sheets Ready Rolled Shortcrust Pastry
  • 800G Lean Beef Mince
  • 1 1/2 Red Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Red Capsicums, Deseeded, Chopped
  • 425G Mexe-Beans
  • 35G Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 400G Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Coriander
  • Sour Cream, To Top
  • Tomato Salsa, To Top

Coocking Method

1-First Of All Preheat Oven To 200°C. Then Cut 14 X 15Cm Circles From Shortcrust Pastry. And Press Each Circle Into A 1 Cup (250Ml) Texan Muffin Pan. Line The Base With Non-Stick Baking Paper And Fill With Rice. Bake For 15 Minutes. Remove Paper And Rice. Now Bake For 10 Minutes Or Until Golden.
2-Meanwhile, Brown Mince In A Frying Pan On High. Transfer To A Bowl. Soften 1 Of The Onions And Capsicums Over A Medium-High Heat. Then Return The Mince And Add Beans, Taco Seasoning Mix, Diced Tomatoes And Simmer For 10 Minutes.
3-After This Combine Tomatoes, Remaining Onion And Coriander. And Spoon The Mince Into Cases And Top With A Dollop Of Sour Cream And Tomato Salsa.
