  • Cucumbers 2 (Peeled And Thinly Sliced)
  • Onion 1 Small (Peeled And Thinly Sliced)
  • Tomatoes 3 Small (Thinly Sliced)


  • Low-Fat Sour Cream 1/3 Cup
  • Dijon Mustard ¼ Tsp
  • White Vinegar 2 Tsp
  • Milk 2 Tbsp
  • Sugar 1 Tsp
  • Parsley 2 Tsp (Chopped)
  • Fresh Dill (Soya) 2 Tbsp (Chopped)
  • Black Pepper ¼ Tsp
  • Salt To Taste

Cooking Method

First Of All Add The Cucumbers, Onions And Tomatoes In A
Large Bowl. Set Aside.
After This In A Small Bowl, Mix Together All Dressing
Ingredients. Pour Over Salad Mixture And Toss.
Chill At Least 2 Hours Before Serving.
Your Tastey German Cucumber Is Ready.
